I don't usually do this kind of thing, but I spotted an answer which Perfdave had put down which I really liked., and decided to do one for a change!

Why are you single?

I broke up with my ex a while ago, I just haven't got together with the right girl yet. In general, I'd rather be single and happy than in a relationship and very unhappy.

Tell me about the shirt you're wearing?

It's a white tshirt I got from TK MAX a while back, however it seems to have faded, a lot in the wash and most of the writing has faded from it's faux-faded look to vrai-faded look.

What's currently bothering you?

Erm, nothing much, a few odds and ends.

• My AS results a little
• The consequences of the Glossop Entry to the Southport 12 Hour Race 2008
• Whether DFEY will be a success
• Software patents etc.

What do you currently hear?

Pretty much silence. - The humming of my computer and the banging of my keyboard.

When was the last time you had your hair cut?

Too long ago. It needs cutting.

When were you last outside?

Yesterday? Yeah Yesterday I spent some time lying in the garden.

Are you wearing shorts?

Yup! 3/4 lengths.

Does the thought of marriage scare you?

Not Really. I guess it would be the person who I marry who will be the one who scares me! ;)

What are you doing today?

Not sure. I'm sufficiently bored to write a blog entry if that's any help.

What time did you go to sleep last night?

HAHA. 7:00pm. no.. erm. I think about 3:15 am.

When is your Birthday?

October. Should be fun. Don't want to do very much for it though. It's possible I might be in London, but unlikely.

The way to win your heart?

Be someone who I can trust to stand by and support me. "Give stuff a go" if . I like good conversations with good company and enjoy comfortable silences from time to time in my own space.

What are you going​ to do this weeke​nd?

Haven't really decided yet. I have the first DFEY meeting on Sunday. I should get to meet Fophillips and x_rob! :)

Were you happy when you woke up today?

I guess so, I felt kinda normal really.

On occasion, I have. :P

Would you ever donate blood?

Probably. I'm a bit put off by the idea, but am certain I will at some point.

Has anyone ever mistaken you for a family member?

I frequently get mistaken for my Dad on the phone. It's starting to get annoying. I should really just play along with it...

Do you have reason to smile right now?

I'm writing a blog post. I'm so bad at doing this it's fun to do it once in a while! :P

I wouldn't touch myspace more than I have to. here's my profile (Yes, I'm a hypocrite!)

What do you do when you're stressed out?

Crack or Cope (no that's not Crack or Coke). I'm generally quite good at dealing with stress if I expect it. It's unexpected stress which is what occasionally catches me unawares.

Would you honestly say you'd risk your life for someone else?

"for someone else" - that's a bit vague. I would probably risk my life for someone else's life in some circumstances. Chances are, I'd weigh up the risks, see that it was stupid to do, say "oh fuck it" and do it anyway.

Could you forgive a boyfriend or friend who physically hurt you?

Boy's hit each other all the time and rarely remember anything about it the next day. Well, perhaps that's just me. It's worth pointing out that being hit can have much larger emotional consequences than being physically hurt. Getting abused verbally by someone you really respect might be much more depressing.

Do you open up to people easily?

"people". Erm, no I don't. I open up to people I respect and trust quite easily.

Has anyone upset you in the last week?

I have been upset by people in the last week. the actions that caused me to be upset happened a while back.

What is the last pill you swallowed?

eeek. I dunno. I honestly can't say I remember. I haven't been ill recently.

"Oh My God, what the fuck was that dream about!"

Who do you blame for your bad mood today?

I don't have a bad mood. And I rarely blame people if I am in a bad mood.

Where is the person you like right now?

heh. At home I think.

What was the first thing you did this morning?

Lay in bed some more. Slept a little, got out of bed.

Do you care of what people think of you?

Depends who they are, how much I respect them and how much they respect me. In general, not that much, but it really depends who the people are.

Probably my cousin Ben in Madeira a few weeks ago.

What are you looking forward to right now?

• Seeing my friends band play in early September,
• Writing a few more blog posts,
• Crossing off anything on the list of what's bothering me,
• Crossing off something on my todo list.

Do you miss someo​ne?

Not really. I miss some of my old friends from MGS and some of the bustle of college.
I guess I sometimes miss having someone to talk to all the time.

My IM display pic was taken in northern France in February.

Does your crush like you?

Yeah. It's probably fair to say that most people who I might (or might not!) have crushes on like me, as friends.. Anything more... well only they can the judge.

Is there a person of the opposite sex that means a lot to you?

Yup, but I'm not telling you who :P

If you could go back in time and change something would you?

Hmm, go find my parents maybe, see what they were like and have a good laugh? I can think of lots of places where there is injustice I would stop but I don't see the point in listing them all.

Do you hate smokers?

No, but I dislike smoky places, I dunno who I would feel about smokers I knew really well.

Is it hard for you to get over someone?

In the past I think it has been, especially if the relationship wasn't allowed to run it's full course. I don't know really.

Ever had a near death experience?

Not really. I'm had some very scary experiences where I have been very worried, but it's fair to say that my life wasn't in danger, I was just very scared.

Something you do a lot?

Surf the web, chat, do stuff when I should be doing other things.

Probably probably my Mum. Can't remember when though.

Probably lying around the house...

Have you ever been to a tanning bed?

Nope. I find beaches are quite good tanning beds when there is a bit of sun!

Is it easy for others to make you feel awkward?

Not really, a lot of it is my fault :P

Does anyone hate you for no reason?

Probably, though I don't know who. I don't really think many people hate me per se, more just perhaps don't get on with me or disagree with me on a lot of things.

Hmm, I guess so.

What are you stressed out about?

I'm not very stressed!

Not sure. I'm thinking OU.

The one where it snows. In Britain this can be any of four.

I like very steeply graded slopes.

No Idea. I have lots of good friends, some who i will see frequently, some who I will see occasionally.

I guess my parents would. If it was something that mattered.

Probably not.

Yes. Several in fact.

Probably. Felt like it at the time.

Sunset. What makes you think I ever see sunrise except at the *end* of a day! ;)

Lights off.

No. Don't intend to start wearing it in the future either.

Eating supper I think.

To my Dad, I dunno what "bye"? He was going out.

Yes. Quite well :)

Not really. I don't think it would suite me!

Sometimes. Usually I'm asleep and not looking at how I am sleeping.
